Please contact us at info@naturespantrysupplies.com.au within 1 hour of placing order so that we can update your order to the correct address and get shipped to you. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.

YES, we offer a great discount on a subscription service. This can be scheduled to be delivered either monthly or quarterly. An easy way to ensure you’re never going to run out of product, whether it be Collagen or WPI, set it up and forget. It is also easy to add a product to your subscription order if you want a one-off item.

You will have a log in tool your subscription and will have access to change products, add one off products, change your billing details or even the frequency. You have full control. If you are not tech savvy, we are only a question away from helping you out with any of these changes.

In order to receive a refund or replacement product, we do require you to take this to your local Australia Post Office for processing. Once we receive the case number from Australia Post we will either send you a full refund or happy to resend your order via express mail for your understanding and patience with the process. This ensures a happy outcome for everyone.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to respond and assess your refund claim. We determine the outcome of your claim at the sole discretion of our admin and quality team. We use your physical evidence and our retained samples to validate and determine the outcome of your claim in a fair and respectful manner

Refund claims are given an outcome within 30 days of making the claim

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns if the product is opened and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

We have a 7 day refund/return policy. Please ensure you get in touch with us and express your situation within 7 days of receiving your item We cannot refund or return any digital products like gift cards or downloadable

If you wish to enquire about a return, please email us at info@naturespantrysupplies.com.au with the following points completed:

• Ensure the product is in the same condition it was sent in (unopened and presentable) 
• Provide a valid reason as to why you wish to return the product (ie. mistakenly bought the wrong flavour)
• Provide your customer order number (#NPS___)
• You are prepared to pay for the return shipping to our address
