I purchased enough Collagen to last me at least 3 months as I thought this would be long enough to see results. 1 month of use and I saw small improvements with nails and hair. I can only assume that it was also working on the inside as well. 2 months of use and I no longer have to ask my left knee permission to get up even though I still feel a bit of pain. My sister started to see the differences in me so she started taking it as well so my first purchase won’t last 3 months. I’m ready for my 2nd purchase. I wish I could show you my nails as you would be able to see the difference as the new nails grow and you can still see the old nail. I’m so happy with the result.
